Alliance UA CSO presents 2025 Report and 2026 Operational Plan

On 5 February we convened a landmark event that brought together about 100 partners in person and online. Together with Ukrainian CSOs, international NGOs, donor representatives and the UN, we presented the Alliance’s 2025 Annual Report and the 2026 Operational Plan to implement the Localization Strategy.

This meeting confirmed that localization is not a slogan but a new architecture of resilience that we are building together.

In 2026 we shift from “capacity building” to “setting global standards,” focusing on four priorities:

  1. Advocacy and influence: strengthening national and global policies.
  2. Knowledge and leadership: positioning Ukraine as a learning and research hub.
  3. Access to resources: transparent financial mechanisms and direct funding.
  4. Duty of Care: investing in the safety of those who help others.

Real partnership is co-creation. Only through joint action can we harmonize the sector and institutionalize the Ukrainian response model for a sustainable future.
