This event marked not only an introduction, but also the beginning of a meaningful dialogue between the Alliance\u2019s founding organisations, the Secretariat team, and the newly joined members.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>Expanding the Community<\/h3>\n  <p>On 23&nbsp;May, the Alliance welcomed <strong>10 new organisations<\/strong>, expanding its membership to 26. The new members include:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Starenki<\/li>\n    <li>Voices of Children<\/li>\n    <li>Rokada&nbsp;Charitable&nbsp;Foundation<\/li>\n    <li>SpivD\u0456\u044f<\/li>\n    <li>Angels&nbsp;of&nbsp;Salvation<\/li>\n    <li>10&nbsp;April<\/li>\n    <li>League&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;Strong<\/li>\n    <li>Zhyttelub<\/li>\n    <li>ZDOROVI&nbsp;agency<\/li>\n    <li>Caritas&nbsp;Ukraine<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>They join a vibrant community that already includes: Right&nbsp;to&nbsp;Protection, Red&nbsp;Cross&nbsp;of&nbsp;Ukraine, Eastern&nbsp;Europe&nbsp;Foundation, Girls&nbsp;NGO, Philanthropists, Your&nbsp;Support, East&nbsp;SOS, Proliska, ISAR&nbsp;Unity, Ukrainian&nbsp;Educational&nbsp;Platform, Brave&nbsp;to&nbsp;Restore, Crimea&nbsp;SOS, Helping&nbsp;to&nbsp;Leave, and Philanthropy&nbsp;in&nbsp;Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>Seminar Theme: \u201cLocalisation in Action: From Humanitarian Response to Recovery\u201d<\/h3>\n  <p>The seminar focused on key themes central to the Alliance\u2019s mission:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>The shared values that unite member organisations<\/li>\n    <li>Live, informal advocacy as a dynamic tool for influence<\/li>\n    <li>Localisation as a tangible challenge and evolving process<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>The atmosphere was marked by sincerity, depth, and openness. It was a space where diverse perspectives were welcomed, and genuine dialogue flourished.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>Moderation and Expert Facilitation<\/h3>\n  <p>The event was moderated by Anton&nbsp;Drobovych and Denis&nbsp;Poltavets from The&nbsp;Aspen&nbsp;Institute&nbsp;Kyiv. Denis&nbsp;Poltavets, Director of Programme Development, shared:<\/p>\n  <blockquote>\u201cThis event is designed to help better understand the field of humanitarian response and the conditions in which organisations operate and develop today. It is important for us not only to analyse the challenges, but also to create a space for exchanging experiences and finding common solutions. It is particularly valuable that the Alliance supported the idea of holding this dialogue \u2014 frank, deep and focused on joint action.\u201d<\/blockquote>\n\n  <h3>Participants\u2019 Reflections<\/h3>\n  <blockquote>\u201cThis was a wonderful opportunity to connect. The format was extremely effective \u2014 everyone had the chance to speak about essential values like conscience, justice, and humanity. It\u2019s especially meaningful to see organisations that care for those who care for others.\u201d<br><br>\n  \u2014 Natalia&nbsp;Tulinova, ZDOROVI&nbsp;National&nbsp;Agency<\/blockquote>\n\n  <blockquote>\u201cThe format was excellent. I heard so many insightful thoughts that I\u2019ll be reflecting on for some time. These kinds of meetings spark new ideas and inspiration. I\u2019m especially grateful to meet the new members \u2014 they bring great strength to the Alliance.\u201d<br><br>\n  \u2014 Artem&nbsp;Kostyuchenko, Ukrainian&nbsp;Educational&nbsp;Platform<\/blockquote>\n\n  <h3>Partnership Through Dialogue<\/h3>\n  <blockquote>\u201cWe deeply value this new wave of expansion within the Alliance. It brings fresh ideas and new energy for our continued development. With a localisation strategy and an annual operational plan in place, we aim to create inclusive, sustainable conditions for collaboration. This meeting was both foundational and visionary \u2014 and, above all, practical.
