With over 20 years of experience in public, external, and government relations, Mila brings extensive expertise in strategic communication, advocacy, and international relations to the Ukrainian civil society sector. Her career spans leadership roles across multiple sectors, including serving as Head of External Affairs at Caritas Ukraine, CEO of Leonova Consulting, and senior communication positions in both corporate and government settings.

She is also a guest lecturer in international advocacy, building multi-sectoral partnerships, and conflict management, with experience delivering lectures for students at Magdalen College, Oxford, as well as for local CSOs, International NGOs, the private sector and government entities.
