She has experience in program management and gender mainstreaming across humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding contexts.

Before joining the Alliance, she worked with women-led organizations, supporting their organizational development through flexible funding and accompaniment. She has also contributed to the Refugee Response in Moldova and advocated for gender-responsive peacebuilding in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
